Audi Cincinnati East

Pretty disappointed with this dealerships service. After some time i have cooled down a bit and this is a honest negative review. I will also never bring either of my cars back to this dealership. i caught the office manager quoting me 1200 bucks more than what it should cost for a strut replacement. It wasn’t until i asked for labor charges and parts charges when he realized he was quoting way too much. His reason, i have fat fingers. If i hadn’t caught it. Who would have? On top of that. I was told i needed a new battery. One was just replaced and when i tested it. It was good. The work i had done was both quoted for 6 hours each. When checking other dealerships in the true state area. They all had it at 5 hours time. Being charged 165 to clear a code in my car after the work i had done is insane to me also. I had a leak above the thermostat. They wanted to replace it because “it’s already off, might as well” for an extra couple hundred. After i told them it had been replaced less than a year ago. Replacing parts that are not broken with the reason, they go bad and it bound to break seems like a violation of trust. I got my car back yesterday, after the coolant work on my car i had to pull over and have someone get me coolant because the tech didn’t replace the coolant after he did the work….. this is very disturbing. So my last visit leaves me with mistrust and suspicion. I believe i need to warn any potential customer to double check with other dealerships to make sure they are getting a fair price. Feels like this dealership wants to charge money first and ask questions later. Very upsetting In the end your manager offered some discounts that took my bill from 2400 to like 2200. But that’s not even close to being worth it for me. So I’m not trying to bash this place of business. I’m just trying to be honest and give the dealership feedback and to warn other potential customers .

I always receive great service when I bring my Audi in to Chris and the team at Audi Cincy East. They are professional, helpful and always try to make sure we are happy with our experience. They go the extra mile to communicate and make things right in any event there might be an issue. Their service is what gives me trust in the company and keeps me coming back!

I called in about a Audi RS5 Sportback in the morning, and in an hour, I got a fair appraisal for my vehicle, virtual tour of the car, and finalized paperwork. They did not hesitate to hold the car and do business with me even though I was out of state and they had numerous local inquiries for the car. A week later, I drove down to Cincinnati to drop off my trade-in. Mike made it extremely easy the entire process and was very responsive. The GM even gave me a ride to the airport after I dropped off my trade-in. The car arrived a few days later to my home. Do not hesitate to reach out to them if you see something you like, even if you’re out of state. Thanks Mike and everybody at Audi Cincinnati East!

This was my first visit to Audi Cincinnati East ... and what a good one it was! I've been dealing with the other Audi location in a suburb of Cincinnati and I won't go back. I was greeted by a representative immediately at your location and introduced to the Service Manager I would be dealing with. What a pleasant experience for a woman in the Service Department (which I can't say for the other location). Bob Borchers was the Service Manager working with me. He was professional, knowledgeable and wanted to make sure any/all issues were being addressed. Upon my arrival to get the card when the service was completed, Bob greeted me and checked the car with me to make sure everything was done. Overall, I would give you 10 stars if I could! I will see you again for my 30,000 mile check! Thank you for providing such an excellent service experience!

I am extremely happy with this dealership! I've been going to them for 14 years and they are very helpful, courteous and professional. When it came time to buy another Audi, I came here again. I worked with Mike Rickard and he found exactly the car I wanted. The whole process was pain free and exciting. I highly recommend this dealership!
